Video tutorials

Over the years, we have created a number of video tutorials to help you get started with Cell-ACDC. 

1. **Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE) video tutorial**: This is a comprehensive video tutorial and protocol that covers the installation of Cell-ACDC, as well as the segmentation and tracking of symmetrically and asymmetrically dividing cells. This includes follow-along examples. It is available on the `JoVE website <https://www.jove.com/v/68954/analysis-of-multidimensional-microscopy-data-using-cell-acdc>`_.

2. **I2K Conference 2024 by Francesco**: Video tutorial for time-lapse and 3D volumetric microscopy data analysis using Cell-ACDC. This is longer format and goes through the steps in detail.

3. **I2K Conference 2025 by Francesco**: Video tutoral covering 3D volumetric segmentation and quantification in Yeast and *C. elegans* using Cell-ACDC. Also incldes quantification of sub-cellular structures, such as spots, using SpotMAX, which can be used as a plugin for Cell-ACDC. This is longer format and goes through the steps in detail.
